Marg Presents to Engaged Audience at ANZCIES Conference

Fabulous conference! We are comparative education converts! Marg enjoyed presenting to a wonderfully interactive audience at ANZCIES, including many highly respected Indigenous academic voices such as Associate Professor Gary Thomas (QUT), Dr Peter Anderson,(Monash) Dr Marion Kickett,(Curtin) Dr Claire Andersen (UTAS) and the Solomon Islands delegation- in Brisbane on Friday. ‘Most resources imposed on Indigenous learners are Anglo-centric in content, and assimilatory rather than cross-cultural in ethos’. HARs aim to change this!
