Discussion with Federal Minister of Education Christopher Pyne

Marg spent a very lively, interesting and stimulating evening discussing education in remote Aboriginal Communities, in particular the challenges facing non-English speaking students, with the Federal Minister of Education, Christopher Pyne who was open-minded and keen to hear other view points – and a fantastic team of medics from the University of Melbourne’s Indigenous eye health unit – surrounded by the rocky, ochre mountains of Alice Springs!
