(Re)recording Warlpiri and Central Arrernte Honey Ant Readers

Yesterday, Joyce Palmer and Fiona Gibson, joined Marg James to record the Central Arrernte and Warlpiri editions of Honey Ant Readers 1-3 at Bill Davis’ studio- Red House Recording studio in Alice Springs. Like seasoned professionals, both …ladies read out the books they had assisted in translating into language with great confidence and skill. The audio sounded SO great from where we were sitting in the studio, and soon sound effects will be added and they’ll be burnt to CD for the Books +audio CD packs. We are so looking forward to reading the reprinted books together with these audio recordings!
