HARs at University of Alaska

We are very excited that our author, Margaret James, is one of 125 linguists world-wide to be attending the Institute on Collaborative Language Research at the University of Alaska. The institute is designed to provide an opportunity for community language activists and linguists to receive training in community-based language documentation and revitalization. The many native Alaskans, Canadians and natives of other American states present at the event, are adding a wealth of knowledge and inspiration. Instructors include some of the world’s leading experts in language documentation.
