Players first make up the 24 piece puzzle and then play the board games on both sides! The words in the game match those in Honey Ant Readers Books 1 to 5.

Nana’s Digging Game is like Snakes and Ladders, only the player goes up a digging stick and down a chain of honey ants. Along the way they read a word on each oval. The second game is a Vowel Phonics Game, to encourage awareness of the 5 English short vowel sounds.
