Margaret James asks Geoff Masters important question on attracting quality teachers

Professor Geoff Masters AO, CEO, ACER, was a keynote speaker at EPPC 2016 Conference in Melbourne 19-20 May 2016, where Margaret James and Ailsa Macfie ran a workshop presentation; and Margaret and Marjorie Williams delivered a poster presentation. Margaret posed the question to Prof Masters  –  How do we  increase the number of highly able school leavers entering teaching, and raise the professional status of the profession, resulting in improved outcomes for students?
